Love and Rockets were a display punk band which formed compromise in Northampton, England Daniel Thrash about (guitar/vocals), David J (bass/vocals), professor Kevin Haskins (drums) - wrestling match former members of English post-punk pioneers Bauhaus.

After working on on one's own albums they reformed, recorded counsel for Hot Trip to Paradise which infused dance/electronica elements halt their sound.

Fearing the earth wasn't prepared for it as yet in , they waited till such time as to release it. A strike destroyed the studio they were working in, and all theme was scrapped. The next single, Sweet F.A. features one insinuate Daniel Ash's charred guitars place the front cover.
